🎨 Logo tracker — enhancement & approval · customers send low-res logos, WE enhance them — every enhanced version is AI-diffed against the ORIGINAL before anyone sees it, then locked per customer after approval

The rule: an enhanced logo can NEVER reach a mock-up while the AI diff shows a text difference vs the customer's original — that's OUR error class, caught before the customer can miss it. Approval is a dedicated step (side-by-side + the text spelled out), and the approved version LOCKS to the customer's logo library: every future job places the locked file, no re-enhancing, no drift.

🩹 Redo queue — PRIORITY · damaged pieces reported on the floor land here — reprint ONLY the listed panels, they jump the queue and go back to their stage by runner

Every redo is already logged as spoilage against the roll and the job (est-vs-actual dashboard) and the bundle is marked SHORT until these pieces catch up — QC won't close the bundle without them.

🖨 RIP run plan — #SMBD-1050 · the layout file carries ONE master set per size (light file) — you nest N sets per rip and reprint; the system does the math and counts PRINTS, not pieces

Sets per rip is NOT fixed — it's whatever you nested for THAT run (10 sets on the big rips, 4 on the last partial one); set the number, log the print, change it for the next. One logged print = that many complete sets (all panels), updating the partial log below automatically — the panel log is for odd cases: interrupted runs, redo panels, panels ripped separately. AI pre-flight checks the MASTER set (all parts present · size markers · true dimensions vs the size chart) and this table's arithmetic — sets × prints must cover the approved qty.

Complete shirts-worth printed = the LOWEST part (a shirt needs all its panels) — that number feeds the job's Printing count on the production pipeline, and paper cutting can only cut what's fully printed.

The printed-piece count feeds this job's Printing progress, and QC checks the very same list later — so a missing name is caught before sewing, not after release.

Sewers payroll — piece rate · cut-off cycle Sat Aug 1 – Fri Aug 7 (payroll runs Saturday to Friday) · payroll due ₱7,971 · rates differ per plant

Piece counts come straight from the sewing queue — every bundle sent to Quality Check logs its pieces by garment type, and the rate applied is the plant's rate where the bundle was sewn. QC returns are unpaid rework — never paid twice.

Release gate — shipping & hand-off · your plant's orders can't ship until YOU verify payment and fund the courier

Nothing leaves the plant with an open balance — verified releases move to the warehouse for packing; blocked ones wait for sales to collect. Courier fees are funded from your plant's shipping wallet and reconciled weekly.

Balances due · accounting never contacts customers — reminder requests go to the handling sales rep

Purchase requests — step 1: raised automatically at reorder point, or by warehouse; admin approves

Stock levels — step 4/5: stock increases on receiving; “Issue” moves a roll to production ＋ Add inventory item

Closed rolls — variance history

Trim waste is normal offcut weight (parts trimmed away are still part of the roll's weight) — it explains variance without pointing to a problem. Spoilage is defective pieces. A roll is flagged when actual + explained waste still falls short of the estimate by more than 10%.

Purchase orders — steps 3–4: purchasing sends the PO; warehouse receives against it

Ratings track on-time delivery and received-vs-ordered accuracy from the receiving step — a supplier who keeps shorting deliveries earns the "On hold" badge automatically.
